About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • General bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable within the trust account
  • Credit control, tracking and following up on corporate accounts and payments
  • Supporting billing queries, managing foreign currency transactions, and assisting with practice management systems on a national scale
About You:
This role suits an experienced Trust Account Administrator or someone with a background in legal accounting who is looking for permanent part-time hours or returning to the workforce.
You will bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar legal practice role, with solid knowledge of trust accounting and compliance
  • Confidence in handling foreign currencies and using systems such as OneLaw, Affinity, or similar
  • A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, approachable attitude
  • A collaborative and supportive nature—someone who enjoys contributing to a cohesive, high-performing team
