Take your career to the next level in this fee-earning Legal Executive role. You’ll be working closely with an approachable property partner, assisting a variety of commercial clients on interesting property transactions, from subdivisions and easements to overseas investments, commercial leasing, and property financing. About You:
  • 5+ years experience as a Legal Executive (registered or have completed your Diploma pre-2014);
  • Experience running files from start through to settlement, and some exposure to drafting commercial leasing agreements would be beneficial
  • Sound knowledge of relevant firm and conveyancing systems (Actionstep, Infinity, PPSR, Webforms)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of client service.
You will be aligning yourself with like-minded high performers, that work hard in a collaborative and engaging team environment. You will work with highly regarded partner on quality commercial property work, good flexibility and operate as part of a close-knit team.
