About the Role:
Supporting a team of authors specialising in commercial, trust and estates as well as general property matters, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be autonomous in this role and will be required to provide strong legal support on complex transactions. Your main duties will be: 
  • Opening and managing client files
  • Prepare LINZ edealings, A&I forms, wills and EPOA's as well as any other documents required
  • Draft and collate legal documents for both client and authors in preparation for settlement
  • Liaise with internal and external departments (banks, agents, Council, etc)
  • Complete company searches, request discharge of mortgages, and prepare resolutions 
  • Transcribe dictation, prepare invoices for end of month billing and any general office administration support for colleagues as required
About You:
  • 3+ years working experience within residential conveyancing, Trust and Estates exposure would be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and document management systems
  • Process-driven, able to work methodically, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A clear communicator who is able to rapport with ease
