About the Role:
As a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor in the firm (dependant on level of experience), you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Care of Child, Parenting and Protection Orders and Family Violence Matters
- Drafting contracting out agreements and property settlement agreements
- Handling spousal maintenance claims and disputes
- Providing separation advice with empathy and understanding
- Resolving trust and relationship property disputes through mediation and litigation
- Managing complex contracting out agreements and high court proceedings
- Client-Centric Approach: With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you'll have opportunities to build meaningful relationships and positively impact people's lives.

- NZ qualified solicitor with at least 1 solid years of experience in family and/or relationship property law
