To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NZ Qualified & Admitted Lawyer.
• 3+ yrs PQE with relevant experience in a well-regarded corporate/commercial law team (recent private practice experience preferred).
• A strong academic record.
• The ability to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative when needed.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
