About the Role:
Assisting a busy Partner and a small team of authors, you will be their trusted and essential support in this fast-paced and engaging work environment. Each day will bring something new, and your dedication and hard work will be genuinely valued.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Editing and formatting of court documents
  • Systematically filing paperwork, scheduling important dates and deadlines as well as liaising with court registrars
  • Assisting clients with initial queries, drafting client emails, and completing any required dictation as well as ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Diary and email management, including travel arrangements
  • Preparing end-of-month billing and statements

About You:
  • Previous legal secretary experience within litigation would be advantageous however if you are seeking to transition your experience from property, corporate or another legal sector this will also be considered
  • Able to prioritise your workload, being able to work to deadlines will allow you to manage multiple conflicting deadlines at any one time
  • Competent touch typist and confident user of Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
  • A methodical, systematic, and proactive team member will establish you as the backbones of a high-performing and successful team
