Day to day you will be involved in a mix of transactional, drafting and advisory work including M&A transactions, private equity, overseas investment, corporate structuring / restructuring, management buy-out arrangements, commercial contract negotiations and work closely with local businesses to multinational clients. There are good benefits on offer, and you'll be mentored by highly regarded Partners that are passionate about the clients' work, working collaboratively to help clients achieve their objectives. 
  
You will be someone that has:  

• 3-5 years experience in a corporate and commercial legal role with some transactional experience in commercial legal matters;
• Good academics - at least a B average in your LLB; and
• Passionate about further developing a career in the corporate legal field.

You may come from a smaller practice and be keen to gain exposure to larger-scale and more complex corporate transactions, or be returning from overseas and keen to work with a top clientele in a close-knit team environment with room to grow.
