About you:

• 3+ years PQE with solid Corporate legal experience;
• Experience gained in a top tier firm or highly regarded Corporate team where you've had some exposure to M&A transactions, shareholder agreements and the like;
• Commercial acumen;
• The ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
