Our Client, a well-established firm on Auckland's North Shore, is seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join its team and focus on M&A, structuring, and contract work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of PQE who wants to bring their solid corporate and commercial experience to a firm closer to home.

• NZ qualified & admitted Lawyer.
• Minimum 5+ years PQE.
• Strong corporate and commercial legal background, particularly in M&A, structuring, and contracts.
• Experience from a mid-sized or top-tier firm is preferred.
