Litigation and Relationship Property Lawyer

The Role:
As a Litigation and Relationship Property Lawyer, you will handle a range of legal matters, including:
- Family Law Matters: Asset protection, separation, parenting issues, financial support, relationship property litigation, domestic violence, adoption, guardianship, surrogacy, PPPR Act applications, and family protection claims.
- General Dispute Matters: Contractual disputes, complex commercial disputes, debt recovery, building disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance disputes, employment litigation, property disputes, intellectual property litigation, interim injunctions, and more.
- Restructuring & Insolvency Matters: Advising directors and insolvency practitioners, business reconstructions, debt restructuring, defending director’s duty claims, company liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administration, bankruptcy proceedings, and repossession and security enforcement.
- NZ qualified and admitted lawyer with a current practising certificate.
- 2+ years PQE with experience in a reputable firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively within a team.
